We find every role in your market worth applying to, tailor each application, and submit on your behalf. Your job: one 30-minute call, then interviews.
We built this to run our own job searches.
You've been meaning to start looking for months. Something always comes up.
Hours per application, gone — nights and weekends you'd rather spend elsewhere.
The same fields, the same questions, the same resume tweaks. Portals, logins, and forms.
Late nights at the kitchen table, instead of with friends and family.
Directional estimate. Your interview rate varies by market, seniority, and materials.
208 hours by hand. ~30 minutes with us.
From the day you apply, here's exactly what happens — and where your time actually goes.
Tell us your target and share your LinkedIn. It takes less than 5 minutes.
We find every role in your market worth applying to. Then tell you, within 24 hours, whether we can help you.
Thirty minutes to align on targets, materials, and your answer set. Then we start applying.
We submit tailored applications on your behalf, on repeat, pacing to your capacity.
We handle the applications. You show up to the conversations.
No mystery sender, no spoofed identity. Here is exactly who is applying, and how.
Applications go out as you. Your name, your background, your experience. Not a bot, not a recruiter.
A dedicated inbox handles the back-and-forth. It's yours to check anytime, and we ping you when something needs your attention.
Screening answers come from a set you reviewed at onboarding. Nothing invented on the fly.
Kelvan Brandt, co-founder
In July 2025 I took six months off of work to go climb mountains.
When I came back, the world had changed. Coding agents were everywhere, companies were running mass layoffs, and if you didn't "know AI" you apparently weren't worth hiring.
So I did what I'd always done: told my network, reached out to recruiters at my top companies, started cold-applying to the rest. It was so boring I'd send applications for two days, then not touch it for two weeks. Days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months.
So I built Rocket Jobs. At first to automate my own search. Eventually it was sending a thousand applications a week, as good as the ones I'd write by hand.
Then I got a job. It worked.
I mentioned it to a few people, mostly because I thought it was a cool thing I'd built. They didn't want to hear how it worked. They wanted me to do it for them.
So now we do.

A handful of roles, skimmed
The same forms, over and over
Momentum dies, and “later” becomes never
Hundreds of applications, one at a time
One 30-minute call, then you're done
The roles worth applying to, found for you
Each application tailored and sent for you
It runs on repeat, paced to your capacity
Only the roles you approve
No tiers, no subscription, no per-application games.

How it works
You approve your target list. Every company we apply to, chosen with you.
We apply to all of them with tailored materials.
We refresh the list weekly as new roles appear.
We start within 48 hours of your onboarding call.
We apply to every role you approve. If a posting closes before we get to it, we tell you and swap in another. If we can't complete your list, you get your money back.
We only take clients we're confident we can place. If that isn't you, we'll say so before you pay us anything.
Not enough open roles to build a full target list.
The résumé or story needs work we can't do for you.
The title or comp isn't hiring right now.
Not everyone is a fit. See if we can help you.
Tell us where you're aiming. We'll look at what's open in your market and come back within 24 hours with a straight answer: whether we'll take you on, and why.
No. Rocket Jobs is a system built specifically for job applications. We find the roles that fit you, tailor each application to the posting, and submit as you. You're not renting a chatbot. You're handing the work to a team that does it for a living.
You get a live record of every application we send, with the company, the role, and the date. Nothing is hidden. If a role can't be completed, you see that too, and we replace it.
No. Applications go out from a dedicated inbox we set up for you, under your name, only to companies you approved. Nothing is public, and we never apply to your current employer or its subsidiaries unless you tell us to.
This happens, since strong candidates hear from their own networks. We can either stop applying or keep applying based on your preference.
A few roles require a video, an assessment, or a portal we can't complete on your behalf. Those are flagged, not silently skipped. If a posting closes before we reach it, we flag it and swap in another.
You approve every company before we send a single application. If it isn't on your list, we don't touch it.
